Ingredients

  • 4 cup water
  • 1 can sweetened condenses mil 14 oz
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 branch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 3 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 cup Aguardiente can be reeplaced with brandy

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat the water with the condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves over high heat, stirring occasionally. When it starts to boil, remove the cinnamon stick and add the soluble coffee.
  • Let cool at room temperature until completely cold.
  • We add the hot water, stir well and enjoy!

Notes

The colemono o cola de mono should be kept refrigerated to drink very cold.
